Candidates are asked to perform a short program (two, in the character contrasting pieces) of their own choice (max. 5-7 min.) and will be selected both on the basis of their performances as well as of their team-working capabilities.
The final decision will be made by the Artistic Director in accordance with the faculty and teachers leaders of the sections of the ESYO. The selection period takes place each year between May and June. At the end of the auditions a list of eligible musicians will be set up, followed by a final selection that will take place at the end of the preparatory action of the project.
